Shipping Policy / Costs:
Please note that all shipping and insurance charges will be added to the order at the time of shipping and will not be reflected in your total order. Shipping costs will be determined by your shipping method selection.
Orders usually shipped within 3 business days. Credits/Refunds for approved returns applied within 3 business days upon receipt of merchandise.For Credit Card users: Your payment will NOT be processed at the time your order is placed. Your payment will be processed at the time of shipment which may be 3 business days after the order is originally placed.
For PayPal users: Your Invoice will NOT be sent to you a the time your order is placed. Your Invoice will be sent at the time your order is ready to ship which may be 3 business days after the order is originally placed.
If you need to know shipping charges in advance, please indicate in the comment box at check-out page and we will respond before sending or please contact us .Please provide ALL relevant shipping information if applicable ~ Apartment Number, Floor Number, or Building Number, etc…
Any additional shipping charges that are charged to us by UPS due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer will be charged to the customer.
